Manurewa Police Station was struggling with limited parking capacity. The layout of the main entry gate reduced available space, and reconfiguring it required close coordination with multiple contractors.
ES Group, working with PAE and three other contractors, developed a plan to relocate the main gate by 2.5 metres, refurbish its hardware, and convert an adjacent garden area into additional parking. The project required precision planning, drainage works, and seamless coordination among all trades.
The result: increased parking capacity, upgraded gate performance, and zero disruption to operations. Both the Police and PAE praised ES Group’s communication, project leadership, and ability to deliver on time and on budget.
