Providing a safe working environment for our employees and clients is at the core of what we do.

At Elite Services we actively train all staff to ensure they have a minimum of construction safety, working at heights, and elevated work platforms certifications. Many of our employees receive additional training in Leadership in Safety, Contractor Management, and as H&S Representatives. We promote an open culture of near miss and incident reporting to actively manage and mitigate risks.

Policies

Health and safety policies and objectives must meet and exceed minimum legislative standards. We actively promote and develop initiatives to improve HSE performance across the business.

Training

We ensure resources have the necessary skills in order to implement objectives. We seek, value and incorporate all stakeholders’ opinions impacting HSE.

Communication

We open lines of communication with the supply chain and clients to identify and improve health and safety systems and awareness.

Hazard Management

We proactively assess all health and safety hazards in all new and existing business activities. We develop safe work systems and procedures to manage hazards.

Injury Prevention

We create measurable objectives and targets to ensure continued improvement in minimising work related injuries.
