At Carat House on The Strand in Parnell, a damaged roller door had created major access issues for customers using the upstairs car park. Colliers needed the problem fixed fast, safely, professionally, and with minimal disruption to weekend trade.
ES Group attended the site the same evening, secured the damaged door, and took precise measurements for a replacement. The following day, all specifications were confirmed and a new door was ordered. Installation was scheduled for Sunday to avoid disrupting tenants and retail customers.
