Challenge

During a Level 3 lockdown, four large bi-parting automatic doors at 205 Queen Street began failing simultaneously. Security for the entire building, and its tenants, was at risk, with limited service availability and tight restrictions.

 

Solution

ES Group engineered a rapid-response plan to upgrade all four doors within one week. Custom twin-motor systems and dual controllers were developed in-house to handle the doors’ size and weight. Work was completed by a four-person team under strict COVID safety protocols.

 

Outcome
