At Greenlane Hospital’s Building G04, three aging plant room doors had deteriorated after decades of exposure to the elements. The doors were critical for protecting HVAC equipment and needed replacing with something durable, compliant, and weather-resistant.
ES Group researched and recommended Excel steel doors: proven for strength and durability. After successful testing on one door, the team installed new door-and-frame systems for all three plant rooms, ensuring compliance with hospital safety and environmental standards.
