We ensure site security at all times. This is evidenced by the high-profile security conscious clients we work with. The Elite Group Health and Safety (H&S) Team oversees and maintains our robust Health and Safety System.

We are externally audited by Sitewise each year to ensure we maintain our Sitewise Gold certification. All incidents, near misses and hazardous working conditions are reported This is done via our online Job Management System. All incidents are reviewed by the H&S Team and Directors. Any serious events are fully investigated. Learnings and corrective actions are communicated to staff via weekly toolbox meetings.

We hold toolbox talks, presentations and policy updates at the weekly toolbox meetings. Our site workers complete weekly vehicle safety checklists, monthly workshop assessments and ensure all our equipment is tested and tagged quarterly.

H&S representatives and company Directors go over new policies with branch managers, conduct reviews of implemented corrective actions and discuss any H&S concerns among our workers.

This is in addition to completing SSSP/SWMS for project work. We also have Hazardous Management Forms and Task Analysis forms for high risk activities such as Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Hot Works and more.

These include First Aid, MEWP, Working at Heights, Hazardous Substances and Hot Works training.All managers and supervisors have completed Supervisor courses, Leadership in Safety courses, and other relevant courses. Our H&S Team have completed extensive training in Site Specific Safety Training, Risk Management, Accident Investigation, Contractor Management and more.

This includes Sitewise certification and an annual risk matrix assessment of our subcontractors’ H&S policies and procedures. We ensure they maintain a safe working environment, for their people, that achieves Elite Services’ high standards.
