about us

THE ELITE GROUP:
A BRAND NEW
40-YEAR OLD COMPANY

The ES Group grew out of Elite Service, a business founded in 1985 with a clear purpose: to deliver smarter, more reliable entrance solutions for businesses across New Zealand. From the very beginning, our focus has been on quality, responsiveness, and doing things right the first time.

Over time, our capability and reputation grew. Elite Services became known for professionalism, premium service, and nationwide coverage and trusted by leading organisations across the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

When Devon Kay and Reyon Kay took the business forward, they brought fresh vision and ambition. Recognising the need for integrated solutions that go beyond entrances, they evolved the company into what is now the ES Group, a nationwide network of specialist divisions that work together to deliver complete building-service solutions.

Today, ES Group includes:

Experts in the design, installation, and maintenance of automated door systems.

Providing essential fire-safety systems, compliance testing, and protection services.

Delivering electronic security, monitoring, and access-management solutions for commercial clients.

Across every division, we use the latest, most reliable technology to deliver faster, smarter, and more efficient service. From intelligent automation to advanced monitoring systems, we’re continually investing in innovation that keeps our clients’ operations secure, compliant, and performing at their best.

With seven regional offices and a network of over 450 police-vetted technicians, ES Group provides true nationwide coverage. Wherever our clients are, we’re there — ready to respond, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly.

At ES Group, through smart solutions, trusted people, and technology that works, we deliver the reliability, capability, and service excellence that New Zealand businesses depend on.

Innovation

PROACTIVE REPLACEMENT PLANS AND CONDITION ASSESSMENTS

We work with our customers, specifically large nationwide high-performing portfolios to provide an asset management solution that uses the collected on-site data to forecast and proactively replace assets and sub-assets.

This approach covers assets, including auto doors, roller doors, gates, and manual doors. Identified sub-assets from our condition assessment rating that are at the end of life, or have noticeable wear and tear, are quoted for replacement prior to failure.

REAL TIME MONITORING

We are developing real-time monitoring systems to ensure optimal responsiveness. Our pilot programme is underway. We are optimising and refining the system to ensure maximum effectiveness when we take it to market. We are looking forward to adding this Elite Services innovation to our offering to clients later this year.

Data drives our service offering to you. It enables us to ensure that all work is carried out and delivered on time and on budget.

efficient job and asset management

We integrate multiple technology platforms so that we can provide Summerset with seamless ‘just in time’ communication, enabling efficient job and asset management.

detailed visibility

By collating and using information from ES Data we provide detailed visibility of assets and their life cycles. We deliver value-added insights and reports in order to fine-tune asset performance.
